Backdated post! 12daysofchristmas ended yesterday but it's ok I still wanna blog about my Christmas 2013! *living in the past*

Been enjoying my holidays more for the past 2 weeks, meeting up with different groups of friends celebrating Christmas, catching up and spending quality time together. Then counting down to 2014. And look, first week of 2014 just flew by like that. Time really flies T-T

Christmas events in chronological order: 

1) The 4s secret santa Christmas exchange at Ice Edge Cafe on the 17th. We had 1 for 1 lunch together and catch up on each other's hectic life. This was quite a good exchange, we got meaningful and useful gifts for each other this time round! ;) maybe except Kailin's gift to Elleen (the customised bee with her act-cute face hahahahaha)

2) Pre-christmas eve sleepover at my place with Sean (opening of our Christmas present!!), camwhored with the new fisheye lens he got for me! New toy hehe so happy! The next morning we went to NEX and caught the worst movie of 2013 - Police Story. I'm quite shocked that it sucks so bad, totally not my type of movie, storyline so boring, dizzy and lame....

3) Annual Christmas gathering over @ Rowell's place with f&t on Christmas eve. Thanks to ky, we got a really cute and chocolatey log cake from deliferance! Gambled the night away till 2am plus, really a bunch of sweet yet guailan friends. Feeling blessed still.

4) Christmas day was spent having brunch @ Penny University with Sean. Poor Sean only had a small croissant because their croque madame were sold out, was looking forward to try that toooooo :( Food was not too bad, would go back to try their other brunch items and carrot cake! I really like the place though, pleasant ambience to chill the afternoon away, service was pretty good and food items were pretty friendly to the wallet too!

5) Christmas night was spent over at Jeremy's place with Sean's friends for steamboat dinner and some drinks!

6) Met my poly girls at The Merry Men on 28th for our Christmas exchange! Got a dress from wyy, simple but it's something that won't go wrong ;) 

7) Went for uni Christmas exchange after my poly girls exchange, didn't get a gift because it was quite a last min decision to go since I could make it afterall. Their gift exchange budget was $5 from the supermarket. Some bought gifts that were quite hilarious, like a bunch of bananas and capsicums????? HAHAHA, had a great time laughing at their gifts!

So that sums up my Christmas celebrations for 2013! Just got back from Batam few days ago, will blog about it soon. Sean left for Brunei training last night, 17 more days before he's back! Gonna sleep earlier and finish as much dissertation stuff as I can tmr since I'll probably fall asleep or not be able to concentrate if I continue at this hour. Time is running out, no more procrastination Amelia Lim!!!!
